I began my journey at St. James as a kindergartener in Mrs. McCormick’s class. After graduating from St. James, I began working at our after-school program and summer camp and worked within the school for 4 years before leaving for college. This school is so close to my heart and I am thrilled that I am able to teach at a school that showed me so much love and gave me such an outstanding education.
I am from Stratford and went to the College of Charleston in Charleston, South Carolina where I earned my B.S. in Early Childhood Education. I studied Spanish from kindergarten and all throughout college and am so excited to share my knowledge of language and culture with my students.
My goal each day is to make sure that each student walks out of my classroom doors feeling confident in their abilities and confident in themselves. I have learned from the very best at St. James and I am determined to give my students the same amount of love and confidence that my teachers gave me.
