I was born in Stratford and have lived here all my life. I love dogs, and I am obsessed with giraffes. I also enjoy the cold winter temperatures and would take 40-degree weather over 80-degree weather any day.
I am an alumnus of St. James School, having attended here for grades K-8 from 2003 to 2012. I graduated from Sacred Heart University with my bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies in 2020, and one year later with my master's degree in Elementary Education in 2021.
St. James is the perfect place for me to begin my teaching career because it feels like home. My philosophy of teaching to nurture students in academic, social, and spiritual aspects closely aligns with the St. James School Mission. I treasure the lifelong bonds this community forms, as I am still close with many of my classmates.
I feel so lucky to be back at St. James teaching alongside some of my childhood teachers, including Mrs. McCormick who was my Kindergarten teacher!
